All meals include Dinner Rolls/butter, and condiments (gravy, apple and/or mint sauce, depending on the meat chosen), tea, coffee, sugar and milk, disposable plates, bowls, cutlery and napkins.
With Current conditions and restrictions, we are not able to do a normal smorgasbord as we cant have shared utensils .
We have three alternative arrangements and prices.
We can Cook here or on site if needed, deliver and set up. You serve yourself. No staff to serve. If on site, cooking must be done with strict conditions, with separate kitchen with no interference from outside people.
If you require staff, we can set up as a smorgasbord, but with our staff serving each dish to your guests as they come through.
Or We can do a fully waited meal.

A minimum charge of $725 applies when there are less than 30 adults.

When a booking has been made:
We will need to be in contact ONE WEEK PRIOR for final details. Please make sure we have either a phone number or email for us to contact you.
We will require:-
Final numbers of Adults and Children (4yrs - 12 yrs) and any toddlers. You will be invoiced for these final numbers. See payment details below.
Menu choices. Please include any dietary needs.
Venue and address where the function is to be held.
Time of eating. Allow one hour after guest arrive., Weddings allow at least two hours after ceremony. Please make sure your times suit the occasion.
Please note due to health regulations we can only have the meal out for a short time, especially in the heat.
We like to cook fresh on site. We arrive 4 hrs prior to eating. In our costs we have only allowed the staff a time span of 2 hrs for main course and dessert and clean up. Please advise us if there may be a delay. Extra time is allotted for extra cost. Please ask.
The person who is greeting our staff on the day of function must be aware of all our requirements.
At the end of a function, our staff will pack up the leftovers into takeaway containers and place them into your fridge/esky with ice. Please note NO RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TAKEN FOR THE CONDITION OF THE FOOD, after we have left.
Due to the staffs work schedule prior to serving our staff have no extra time to do other duties such as setting up of tables with crockery and cutlery. We will be putting them onto the smorgasbord table.
In our wash up fee we will not be able to wash up glassware. Most of the time we are finished before they are available.
PLEASE HAVE AVAILABLE : -
A SHELTERED AREA FROM ALL ELEMENTS FOR THE SPIT. This must be out of the wind and rain.
CLEAR ACCESS TO A KITCHEN OR A SHELTERED WORK AREA FOR THE STAFF TO DO FOOD PREPARATION. This must be out of the wind and rain, have a suitable work surface, (separate from the serving tables), with access to water close by. We can bring with us a portable sink and cooker for hot water but we need to be advised.
For food service, we require Two trestle tables, to set up as smorgasbord table with space for guests and staff to move along, close to kitchen or work area is ideal.
We have the tea and coffee, YOU will need to provide the Hot Water for this, via a urn or kettle.
For the leftovers please have suitable containers available. Please note left overs need to be refridgerated 2 hours after service
A $100 DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE WHEN BOOKING.
FINAL BALANCE MUST BE MADE ON THE DAY OF THE FUNCTION, UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. CHEQUES, CASH, EFT OR CREDIT CARD ARE ACCEPTED.
EFT BUT MUST BE MADE PRIOR. CREDIT CARDS PAYMENT MUST ALSO BE MADE PRIOR. 1.5%surcharge applies to credit card.
